Support for our clients

We are a firm believer that good customer support is an essential value for a service provider. We've all spent what seems like years on the end of a phone listening to repetitive music, interspersed with, "Your call matters to us. You are number 372 in the queue." So as one of our clients, you will always have a named contact developer and a mobile phone number and email address that we will respond to as soon as we receive a message from you.

Occasionally you may inadvertently cause what seems like a major disaster while editing, but even if it is only how to get a photo right on a page we will be with you. Your contract with us includes free telephone and email support. Any actual extra development work we have to do will be billed at a reasonable hourly rate (see our pricing page for more details)..
